Design services
We are experienced working with homeowners, developers, design-build firms, and members of the hospitality and retail communities. In addition to full scope architectural design and interior architecture we also provide feasibility studies, code analysis, condominium and apartment design, and a host of other design related services. Design approach
Studio DRAW's approach begins with understanding your goals, learning about your project, and doing the appropriate research to be sure we are knowledgeable about the design problem. We work collaboratively with each client to determine design direction and overall aesthetics. Balancing your preferences with our professional experience and recommendations is what we do best. Each client and each project presents us with different requirements and design challenges. We are adept at providing solutions and turning those challenges into design opportunities. Custom Residential
Your home is the most important and personal place in your life. We assist clients in achieving a home environment that reflects both lifestyle and individuality, We can create an entire design for you or build one around your favorite piece of art, a sentimental keepsake, or your favorite color - the possibilities are as varied as our clients. We take pride in our ability to successfully integrate all of the parts of a home: millwork, furnishings, artwork, lighting and so on, while respecting budget, schedule and each client’s personal vision.
Retail + Hospitality
We are proud to have worked with some of Boston’s finest restaurateurs to achieve unique and exciting dining venues. Inspiration from the owners and their menus forms the basis of our design approach to restaurants and bars. We bring together our expertise in interior architecture, furnishings and millwork design, collaborating with lighting designers, audio-visual consultants and other vendors to create total restaurant experiences.
Commercial Work
Similar to our hospitality experience, we have assisted clients in achieving total branded environments to reflect their businesses. The bringing together of client vision and input from marketing experts has resulted in unique projects exciting to owners and their customers.
Condo + Multifamily
Studio DRAW has experience with multi-family condominium projects for both developers and private owners. We are skilled at providing exceptional unit layouts that take advantage of every square inch of space. Attention to how people live is balanced with budgetary and material constraints typical of developments. Studio DRAW also offers condominium document services, measuring, and assistance to realtors.
Millwork Specialties
Whether it’s a home or a restaurant, we specialize in designing built-in and free-standing millwork and custom pieces that complement and complete a design project. Working with some of the best fabricators in the region, we have designed in wood, concrete and metal to enhance projects and reflect individual tastes.
