The Montgomery Triplex project is a historic brownstone row house that hadn't been renovated in decades. The lowest level was reconfigured to include the major living spaces, all anchored around a stunning new kitchen. New oak flooring throughout provides a bright and welcoming experience as you enter into the home. The top floor became the new home of the reconfigured primary suite, which includes a spacious walk-in closet as well as a small den complete with a wet bar. We made use of the top floor's multiple existing skylights, one of which now provides a fantastic light source for the bar while highlighting the beautiful counter and backsplash in a shower of natural light. The completed home is an improvement on the existing in every way, and is sure to provide a warm and cozy environment for the owners and their guests for years to come!
