This condominium refresh draws on the modern architecture and interior design history of Palm Springs. While the condo itself is fairly new, we worked closely with the owners to achieve a personal look that takes cues from the palettes, materials and furnishings often seen in this desert city. The owners’ eclectic art and furniture pieces bring lively color to the spaces. The very dated master bath was completely gutted and reimagined as an open and bright space, with a dazzling floor of multi-colored hexagonal tiles offset by soothing neutrals and whites for the walls and fixtures. The master bedroom has a new partial height headboard wall that separates the oversized room into two areas; behind the bed is an office space with a Superman theme. This condo has great double-height and connected spaces – we took advantage of that to take this home from bland to exciting in just a few months.
